Missed Premium Payment - in the event you are not working you have up to 45 days to pay any missed premiums to bring your insurance back on line.

How do I take advantage of these benefits?

 

  1. You must have worked for Dean's Professional Services for 30 days.
  2. If not, you may turn in your application 5 days prior to your effective date. 
  3. If you have worked for 30 days or more this is your opportunity to enroll.
  4. Complete an Open Enrollment Package and send to Human Resources by May 28, 2010.
  5. Download the benefits summary and application here. Email or fax it to the Human Resources Department at 713-785-7601 / info@dpsinc-texas.com
  6. Contact a member of the Human Resources Department to have one emailed or sent to your home. 
  7. Benefits are effective the 1st day of the pay period following the pay period in which deduction occurs.
