All Dean's Professional Services applicants must pass the DPS 5-Point Applicant Check  System before being approved to be placed on an assignment. (Temporary or Direct Hire)

 

The 5-Points Include:

  1. Interview - Our trained professionals conduct a thorough interview to screen the applicant based on the resume and their knowldge of the job applied for.
  2. Evaluation Based on Specailty - After the interview has been completed, the applicant is evaluated based on the interviewer's assessment of the applicant's specialty. The applicant must pass the evaluation with an 80% or above to continue through the check system.
  3. Criminal Background Check - Criminal background checks are completed at the start and the completion of the application process. 
  4. Education and License / Certification Verification - Education Verification is conducted on every applicant to ensure their credentials are accurate and match the job requirements. If license or certified by the state, a license / certification verification is conducted as well. 
  5. Employment and Reference Verification - Employment and Reference Verifications are completed to verify employment history and job duties based on the applicant's description.
